Openserve Techs are trash

I am disgusted and disappointed by the service I've received here. App**** for fibre through Telkom and they called to book a day for installation. The tech arrived on the day telling us he's just assessing whether we have the fibre or not (which makes no sense to me because according to the application there's fibre in my area) and he was supposed to come back later that day or the next day at least for installation, since he kept on going on and on about how he has other jobs to attend to. HE NEVER CAME BACK. No calls, nothing. This is here in Uitenhage. I'm so disappointed I have no words.
