Openserve Technicians cut off my electricity cables and Left!!!

Open Serve technicians have been working around my area, Lyttelton Manor since Monday 12 August 2019. On the first day (Monday), they requested access into my yard saying they wanted to check. 20 minutes later when i came out there was a huge trench dug in my driveway without the courtesy of a request! I ordered them to cover the trench and leave my property. Now that was day one! day two the supervisor came by and apologised which was fine and good. The epic was last night, 14 August, when they cut off the electricity cables coming into our house. All they did afterward was to cover the cut trench with the cut wires with a plastic mesh and left. The cut cables were sparking and making blast sounds, we had no electricity for the whole night, with two little toddlers in the house and teens who are writting exams! we wrote to one of the supervisors Mr Floyd. all we got from him was sorry. They cut the wires during the day, why didnt they inform us so we can take the matter with the City of Tshwane? why didnt they report to the City of Tshwane? why didnt they fix the cables? why must our house hold suffer such an inconvenience? Open Serve, please do something about the workmanship that you deploy to people's spaces.. we are not part of this and we shouldnt have to suffer..
