OPENSERVE TECHNICIAN NO SHOW 2nd time.

When |Openserve installed fibre at my home 3 weeks ago its truly a great experience. Getting a landline tough is a nightmare. Between Telkom and Openserve I will be waiting for almost 4 weeks for a landline to be installed. I had an appointment last week with a technician to come and do the installation but he never pitched. This morning on my way out a technician called me and asked if he can do the installation and I advised him I will be home at 13:00 and he then agreed to come and visit me to do the installation. At 13:40 he was still not at my home I called him back and he then told me he put me back into the system and someone else can help me after I told him that I will be busy next week and today will be fine. What a pity TELKOM doesn't have more competition otherwise I would ave ditched this order a long time ago. Openserve technician don't keep their word and doesn't keep their appointments. If I reach the end of Feb and the line is not installed I will cancel my order and search for other alternatives in the market. The technician called me from zero six five *** who doesn't keep his word or appointments.
