OpenServe Technician Jospeh

This not for Openserve in general but one of their technicians, Lerothodi aka Joseph. 8 days since installation before the line was active. He phoned everyday to check of someone assisted. He escalated the error on my behalf. He spent the Friday almost half a day trying to assist as he could see the urgency. Thank you Joseph, you restored my faith in ‘customer service’ You are a legend!
