Openserve technician damage ceiling and dont fix

On 22/03/2024 an Openserve technician installed wifi at our home. During the installation, he accidentally damaged the ceiling. he said he would fix it, but nothing has happened yet. I tried to contact him, but my calls and whatsapps do not go through to him. This is really very unprofessional
