Openserve technically *********** and uninterested in customer experience

We have had no consistent connection in Pretoria Faerie Glen since 8 days ago. Despite multiple escalations and multiple technicians, openserve seems technically *********** to resolve their own issues. I would like to to urge all Openserve customers in the area to ask for refund. They also seem to be the only service provider in the area which explains why they don't seem to care too much. To the competition in the market - Seriously consider Pretoria urgently. There is a full market that will never go back to Telkom or Openserve provided another suitable option. They are only good at ruining relationships and losing their customers for life.
