OPENSERVE TAKES FOREVER TO ACTIVATE AN EXISITING FIBRE LINE!

If I could give them no stars I would!!!

Openserve your service is shocking! In fact it is nonexistent! How long does it take you to activate an existing fibre line!? My Fibre was supposed to be activated on the 09-09-23. It is now the 15-09-23 and still no activation. This is absolutely shocking and disgusting service. I would not recommend you at all to anyone! The fact that we cant even get through or contact anyone at Openserve is highly frustrating and the only people who we can contact regarding the activation of our line is the service provider in which we took the initial contract out with and the only feedback we receive is " we can see the line is not yet active, please wait for Openserve to activate it." This is beyond frustrating as we are getting no answers! OPENSERV DO BETTER, YOUR SERVICE IS UNACEPTABLLE!
