Openserve sucks

So unimpressed with the service from Openserve. They have decided to cut my line, God alone knows why. I have been disconnected for 6 days now, have been calling Vodacom fibre daily and the only response I get is that a ticket has been logged but there has been no feedback on the ticket. Many others have the same issue and yet they don't even have people working on a weekend knowing very well that we have this problem. The customer service is absolutely poor!!
