Openserve sucks

Through telkom wifi, adls,. My wifi has been off 4 days and telkom says they haven't been out yet to fix my issue. Prior to this cables were ****** 10 days Plus to fix. Prior to that cable theft the previous one took about 2 weeks plus to fix
