Openserve. Stay AWAY if possible!!!

My Mother Moved to Jeffreys Bay. She ordered her fibre through VOX telecoms in November 2023. The installers are Openserve. She has been struggling since then for them to install the Packages. There have been some one there and Tried to install it but the person is very incopetant. first of he ran a black line on a light grey wall which looks terrible. Turns out he connected it to a wrong box and the line is now visible for about 20 meters on the wall. Seems like there ar always excuses for them to connect it properly or fix it so that internet can work. She has spend over R2000 up to date on prepaid data, but the incompetnce of Openserve is indescribable. she also cant get a diffrent supplier as Openserve is the only installer in The area. so more than 2 moths and she is still struggling.
