Openserve stands for horrible costumer service

No service at all. We contacted Acess that works for Openserve to install our fibre line. They came out the next day after confirmation from Openserve that there is definately fibre in the area. Acess arrived and tried to do the installation but Openserve had no connection to the house. The logged a call thr same day with Openserve. Needless to say its now 3 weeks later, they keep ons saying they will phone us and send technicions but no service. We are working from home and need the lines. Terrible terrible. We dont get any communication. They are all promises but no action. Do not even attempt to use them
