Openserve should close down if they don’t have integrity
Technician comes after 2days. Promises to come back in the afternoon because he couldn’t get access to another property to check a signal from some box and when I call he he says he is busy in Faerie Glen will see me just now and at 4pm he doesn’t answer his mobile. I call CoolIdeas my ISP they tried the technician too and also say he doesn’t answer. That’s Openserve for you. Pathetic if you can expect a subsidiary of Telkom to be any better than Telkom.

04 Jul 2020, 18:11Having complained earlier about Openserve today a fine gentleman by the name of Mr Albert Makhakanyisa made sure that my internet was restored at 18h05 Saturday 4 July 2020 after explaining to him my terrible experience yesterday. This man needs recognition for his commitment to help as promised. #AlbertForPresident.
