Openserve service on the Fiber line in Fleurhof is appalling

We had a loss of Fiber connection on the week of the 23rd of October 2023. We were told that it was due to vandalism. Since the connection has been restored, we are having a loss of signal intermittently, tickets were logged with our service providers in the community. But Openserve has not done anything to resolve this. People are working at home and this very disruptive. Openserve, sort this signal loss on your Fiber line in Fleurhof.
