Openserve service is deplorably BAD !!!!!

I have been without internet connectivity for 48 hours, according to Vodacom it is an Openserve issue. I have not received any feedback after numerous 'tickets' lodged as complaints. Have been holding on to speak to a consultant for an hour now. Your service is deplorable. For god's sake, you are in the telecoms business, so answer the damn phones or respond on emails!!!!!!! If in anyway possible, please avoid doing business with them.
