Openserve review

I App**** for a Fibre line(internet) through Cell C as the ISP on the 19th of July 2018. As I understand it,it is OpenServe that is the problem as I am in direct contact with the C Fibre Consultant. I have been waiting 48 days. Openserve brags on there website about their quick installation times so what is happening. The installation time is 4-6 weeks, I have been waiting longer than this.
