openserve reschedules installations as they see fit without the customer knowing

would give a 0 star if posible I scheduled my installation more than a week ago and it was rescheduled 3 times since then without contacting me or asking if im available for those days what is the point of asking the customer to schedule a date for installation if you are not ganna stick with it and even if there was a valid reason to reschedule why not let me know and ask when im available I had to put in leave to be there for the installation but nobody showed up and this happened twice

and funny enough now that I want to cancel now all of a sudden they can install today
