openserve refund request

i ordered and paid for fiber on the 25th of May and till this day i have not received the order and it was not installed due to reasons that were beyond their control. they have been taking me from pillar to post and the only thing now i want is a refund and no longer need their services . their *** is not going through, the *** email address also i have sent numerous emails to them and they have not rep**** to any of them i have not had any communication from their side. and we do not have any internet at home currently all i want now is a refund from them.
