Openserve query

I never believed when people complained about openserve until I had an encounter with them. I received the 30 day free trail on the 30th Oct till 30th November because it was a new line I the started making payment on the 4th of December because I explained to my service provider that we only get paid after the 1st of each month everything went well I forwarded proof of payment and everything and just all of a sudden my account was suspended on the 23rd of December without any reason. I have been trying to contact both openserve as well as my service provider Mdantsane Mobile, not one of them can give me a clear answer to what the problem is and half the people I spoke to at openserve sound like they are half asleep or don't want to talk at all. It's been 5days without fibre and I'm losing out om a lot because my household is very reliant on the fibre. I currently paid for a service I'm not getting. Extremely disappointed and frustrated!!!!
