OpenServe Poor Service

No internet connectivity since 13:00 on Sunday, 14 Jul. My fibre subscription is through Vox Telecom and the infrastructure is provided by Openserve. Vox escalated my outage to OpenServe since yesterday and there’s still no indication of when it will be resolved or a reason being given what the issue might be. I work from home and need my network to be available as I pay for the service and expect it to be provided!
