Openserve Poor Service

Goodday We have been paying out R800 pm, Installation never done properly, we have under 1 meg and paying for 10. We were assured 2 weeks ago that Openserve would be back to correct installation and here we are two weeks later and nothing. I have one contact cell number and that doesnt answer call. There is no office number and the internet has a client center where no one respomds to . I am at the end of my tether, Does anyone have any advice out there as you cant stop the monthly payment
