Openserve pathetic service

We had an incident whereby an Openserve driver had reversed into our private vehicle. 3 months later we query it only to find out that the manager of Openserve a Mr Manickam wasn’t even aware of this incident that happen. Further to this his words were they are not able to assist us as it is not their job they have an insurance . When contacting Guardrisk their agent Sean had the audacity to laugh at our complaint on the phone,Mr manickam had advised that he will escalate the matter but hasnt gotten back to us ever since neither have we gotten any feedback on the matter raised. When we had contacted Guardrisk their response was that “ they do not deal with one client and we aren’t they client “ however Openserve management does not share the same sentiment. Not a single courtesy call nor a check in to find out if we had been attended to. Basic skills doesn’t require a management level it requires people skills which is clearly lacked
