Openserve not coming out to install my fibre box

Im very frustrated. Im a new member of Afrihost, and just wait for openserve (more than 3 weeks now) to just come and install my fibre black box that is not in my house. This waiting is so unnecessary. I also dont know who to contact as afrihost just say we should wait for openserve to contact me - but they dont!!
