Openserve-Non satisfaction

Openserve have become really disappointing in satisfying customers needs We pay a fee and get no satisfaction The network has been down for days on end and no communication or courtesy was given to all customers Some of us work from home, school from home and even study from home which requires the service that we pay for provide us with their services This has become an outrageous issue as well as very dissapointing, if this is how they think this would help the fibre line unfortunately losing customers would be way higher than trusting Openserve.
