OpenServe non-communication with clients

I have been without internet for days, without any updates or details from OpenServe. I work from home so this is a nightmare for me. I have contacted my ISP multiple times and they say OpenServe only tells them there’s a fault, with no details and no idea when the line will be back up again. I have downloaded the app, and again- only reflecting a fault with no details or movement on the issue. They have no telephone contact numbers, and no way of contacting them.
