Openserve no show for all appointments booked wasting my time

You useless company for each appointment you miss i will write a review. Already 4 appointments missed, wait 30 minutes to speak to useless telkom agent who then conveniently puts me back in the queue ummm there is a cable issue. No! new drop poles and new wire were installed to my premises weeks ago by openserve update your freaking outdated system and stop wasting my time. Do you think i have days to waste waiting on no show install appointments.
