Openserve no service at all

Ive app**** for fibre they send me to openserve for installation waited a few days got an phone call from openserve last week Friday the lady ask me if its fine if they send their technician out on Saturday to install my line. So i said its fine ive canceled all my plans for that day so that whole day no one showed up not even an message to say they are not going to come today with several emails no one is sending any reply back. Will not recommend to use opemserve to install anything at your home because you will be disappointed at their service
