Openserve - no service!

My fibre was cancelled without my knowledge and for no reason on Sunday night. Payment had been made as usual. It's Wednesday and I still have not managed to get it reconnected despite 3 full days trying to get it sorted out. My childrens schooling is falling behind. Not to mention having to also pay for data even though I have paid for the fibre for this month!! Absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!
