Openserve no response

I have loaded a prepaid bundle the money was deducted but my bundle did not load on my router i have trying to contact open serve left multiple online issues reported 1 phone call made only at 10am and it cuts. I call back the agent could not help much with information neither could she call me back call cuts once again i need service please i cant be running around for this payment but when you need clients you call all the time ***
