Openserve no responds to any open tickets. This company is dead with customer service

3 weeks later and still no update when they will install my fiber line I cannot even phone them and if I send an email they say I must follow up with Afrihost then I follow up with Afrihost and Afrihost says that they hear nothing from Openserve How is this business ? I even create a manager ticket and still nothing no help at all. TICKET ID: FEN-***7 Even from my last complain no update from Openserve as well it is like if they are dead company.
