Over one year ago we signed up for fibre at 129 11th street in parkmore sandton. Installation was scheduled and could not be completed as there was no fibre in the area, this is after sales and the website confirmed we can apply for 100mb/s. Two weeks ago we signed up again and the installation team once again said there is no fibre, sales however said we can apply for a 100mb/s line. The manager said she will come meet me to discuss, after many calls and time wasted she never came to me and only said there is nothing she can do for me. They say the project is in progress and they cannot give us an ETA. OPENSERVE DOESNT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING< THEY DONT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THEIR NETWORK. They wasting everyone's time
