Openserve -Mweb: The left hand has no idea what the right hand does

On 26 June I placed an order through Mweb to have fibre installed in my home. The line was brought to my front gate and into the property over 3 weeks ago and then silence! I cannot get anyone at Mweb to give me any information as to the status of my installation. The best they do is commit to investigate and call you back THEY NEVER DO! Openserve just refer you to Mweb. What is a person to do. It is the worst experience I have ever had with any brand. Both Mweb and Openserve.

The open serve App says a technician has been assigned and is on his way??????????? REALLY!
