Openserve more like delayserve

We've been trying to get internet access with an isp that's on openserve's network. Its been almost two weeks and the delay on on openserves side and they are just not getting back to either us or the ISP. Absolutely pathetic service. How can anyone offer such a bad service ? I see I'm not the only one. It's like we must pay and beg almighty openserve to please grant an internet connection. Pathetic and honestly the most frustrating company I have seen.
