Openserve, more like ClosedServe - Not bad service, F#ck all Customer Service

Logged a call through Afrihost on Monday to dispatch an Openserve Technician out to fix my internet as Afrihost was unable to assist. Escalated the call on Tuesday as I had zero communication and Afrihost confirmed that Openserve had not acknowledged the ticket yet, just got off the phone now with Afrihost and they have confirmed that Openserve marked my ticket as resolved... F#ck all communication, F#ck all customer service. Just another piece of evidence that state owned entities are absolutely useless to their customers
