Openserve load shedding

Was happy with them the last few years, but the last 4 weeks they switch off my internet connection (uncapped Fiber line) every Friday and switch it back on on Sundays. Everytime its the same "fault". I have internet connection for 5sec and lose it for 1-10min. Sometimes there is no connection at all.
