Openserve lack of service

I app**** for a Fiber line at Axxess on the 30th of March and still I have no joy of using the line as there is no line installed by Openserve, The Technician only showed up on the 28th of April with no site survey done before hand and only realizing on that day that there is no line to use on the pole and that they have to move the order to another box. I whatsapped the technician a few times with no response and Openserve also aint getting back to Axxess with a response.

If you are looking to get a connection please don't use Openserve as the main host they are wasting time and not delivering. Please change your company name to ClosedServe as there is no service when you need it.
