Openserve lack of response to customer care

There response time is really bad. Takes them 72hours to respond to call that is being log. I am working from home, and need the wifi to do my work. It cost me extra to load more data on my phone to use to run my business. Called and logged numerous call with Openserve to come out and fix my problem. But no response.
