Openserve lack of response

When there is loadshedding or power outages we do not have landlines ADSL or wifi. This is a serious security issue. When Telkom was called we were told to move to fibre. Which we cant get where we live and also that Openserve deals with these issues. Either way, after 2 emails to Openserve I am still waiting for a response.
