Openserve keep making empty promises

We have been trying to get Openserve to install Fibre in our Estate since last year. They promised us it would be done by April. To date nothing has been done. The problem is that we possibly have Telkom infrastructure and we dont want to use other infrastructure installers as it would mean new sleeves and digging. I am just tired of empty promises and feel their market monopoly with Telkom gives them the opportunity to treat people badly and unfairly.
