Openserve just don't care

I ordered a 100mbps fibre line in July 2017. Three months later and there is absolutely no service. The fibre box is literally 10 meters from my residence. I signed up with 2 service providers already namely Afrihost and Telkom. Still Openserve can't be bothered to install the line. Unfortunately Openserve is the only fibre provider in my area otherwise I would have long time ditched them. What a useless bunch!
