Openserve just as useless as their parent Telkom

My ISP logged a service call with them more than 2 days ago for the fibre line that stopped working. They updated the service ticket on their system to i indicate that they were coming in to fix it yesterday, but here we are, 30 hours later, and nobody arrived or phoned to inform me that they are on their way. This is unfortunately the problem we have in South Africa where there is no freedom of competition when it comes to essential services like internet access, electricity and water supply. Using an alias to hide the fact that they are just Telkom, proves their inherent dishonesty.
