OpenServe - Just as bad as Telkom

I tried organizing fibre for my business through them via Afrihost. After 5 weeks of waiting (3 of which I spent calling Afrihost requestinf almost daily escalations or aaking for feedback) I never once heard back from OpenServe and absolutely nothing got done. Not so much as a call to organize an installation date or even a courtesy call to explain why things were taking so obscenely long

Worst part is they are a monopoly in my area. The only other company to offer fibre is DFA and they are 10x more expensive.
