Openserve Issues

They recycled my active line and now it takes days for it to be fixed. Currently on day 2 and was told it would take another 4 days. I work from home and need the internet. Now I have to keep on buying mobile data which is expensive because they can't asisst me as quick as they promised. Honestly ridiculous.
