openserve is worst service provider available in SA

taken out a contract with vodacom centurion, to there disadvantage they are contracted to openserve as a service provider. the worst service provider available in the country. its been over a month now and vodacom can not seem to take my money or make more sales for fibre internet as openserve cannot come out to do their job. the store looses sales as a result of the poor effort and service from openserve. i would never recommend fibre with any company that uses openserve. if managment cannot attend to lazy staff i dont see how the company can ever grow or be successful in the service the advertise and claim to provide. the worst service provider in South Africa
