OpenServe is Useless

I'm very disappointed in OpenServe, they were supposed to install my Wi-Fi line 14 Oct, between 08:00 and 10:00 yet they never showed up, no communication whatsoever, then I had to phone to get a date change on my installation, we agreed on today 19 Oct, once again no show and no communication what can I do to get them to sort it out???
