Openserve is the worst

The worst service experience I have had in a long time. After I try all I can to get a response through my ISP and being told that they can only send the order to Openserve and wait, eventually a technicial call me and say that they are activating the line. He also says that he will call me back in 15 minutes, but that turns out to be nearly two hours. When he eventually does call back, I ask him to give me a call in 15 minutes so I can test the line as I cannot call him back on any number, but the internet is not through and he never calls.

So I try back with my ISP, but they still don't get any feedback and have no visibility on any progress. So I try to call the Openserve call centre, but they tell me that they cannot help and refer be back to my ISP again. My ISP has quite a high rating and is very helpful, but without the support of Openserve there is nothing they can do apparently.
