Openserve is the worse

I am an a openserve client. I got great help in them coming out quick to connect my router and making sure it works. Its been two months in, and i am struggling real bad. I dont know what to do anymore. The client service bot doesn't even work, no reply in emails, no call backs, just a red robot light. No where to turn and no where to go forward. My provider KAFRE TELKOMS who recharges my monthly voucher is trying to also struggling to get in touch with Openserve. If you did consider openserve, please do not waste your time. They are not profesional in any means. I want to cancel my subscription with them.
