Openserve is selling us a lie

I installed and got 30 days trial. Then when I got into the app to choose an ISP. I got the package I wanted within my budget, then registered with the ISP I choose, made my payment. Then I got a call that the package that I choose is not covered in my area. Question is why advertise it on your app and say it's available for my area then change later then want to offer me something even high. This is false marketing and it's ******* by Consumer Act.
