OPENSERVE IS PATHETIC!!!!!!

My WiFi has been down since yesterday 5pm. My entire area is off, and we aware all using openserve. I contacted them this morning and according to them there is no issue. The consultant told my account is suspended and I have the instruction to do so. They transferred me to accounts, just to find out that there is no issues with my account. When I asked for assistance and turnaround for outage, the call was dropped!!! This is unacceptable. Many people in my area has called but not once was a technician sent out. I work from home and this is affecting my work. The same work that pays my salary so that I can pay openserve!!!!! No sms or email whatsoever has been received. This is unacceptable as we won’t even be credited for the amount of time we don’t have internet access! BULL**** if you ask me!!!!
