Absolutely shocking customer care structure. It basically doesnt exists. No way of tracking faults with concise information. I have had no internet for a week, no indication on the fault progress and no indication that they even ****ing care.

I work from home and have had to write online exams while the fault occurred. Already purchased my VUMA line.
