OPENSERVE IS JUST BAD NEW TO SMALL ISP

I have a small ISP Business, that have an account with Openserve, particularly the WebReach service. My Service was activated, 2 months ago, after 6 months of going through the various lengthy processes. I was very excited when eventually my service came live, but little did i knew it was coming with a lot of problems, particularly the billing part. From the agreement i have signed, i had an estimated value i will be paying monthly, my first batch of invoice was made of 4 invoices, that are almost 5 times my estimated monthly cost, a cost which i was sent by their Sales Manager.

I decided to engage Openserve on email, since no one was answering my calls. The first email or query i have sent was on 05 May 2023, and i have only received one reply that clarified 2 of the invoices, those clarified invoices does not even make 40% of the sum total of the 4 invoices, which i paid just immediately i have received the clarity, however i still made follow up regarding other 2 invoices that are almost 60% of the R23k odd that was charged, no has bothered to even email nor call to enquire. I have sent Openserve 5 follow ups to date and no one bothers to investigate this matter, instead, today i was slapped with 2 more invoices, which one contains cost that i am fami**** with, but the other invoice of R2500 was sent to me, something that i am not expecting, i then made another follow up today(31 May 2023, nothing one has bothered to call. I am wondering out of the 11 email addresses that i am sending the correspondence to, no one is on duty, or is just the issue that Openserve does not care.

I am a small business servicing rural area with internet, however i have a service provider that is suppose to be servicing my business, but just does not care to get in contact with me, let alone the attempts i made telephonically, and none of those were successful.

You will notice that i did not disclose more of material context in this complaints, however if one can just bother and direct me to the correct individual to deal with this issue, i will appreciate it.
